But I will tell you this. You cannot see a polka-suited guy on skates and not stare. It is completely and totally cool.

I saw someone dressed like this today, too - crossing over the Oakland bridge around 2:15pm. He was on a small bike and appeared to be with a couple of young family members. He did not have anything covering his face at the time, but I didn't really get a good look.
